Think back to your days as a student. Where did you have to sit? What do you recall about your learning groups? In retrospect, where would you have preferred to sit for your academic success? What are some qualities you would have appreciated as a partner?

What are some RULES and EXPECTATIONS that you currently have and follow in your classroom? How do you make them known to your students?

What are some interventions you use for students who are off task in your classroom? What are some rewards you give to students who are on task in your classroom?
